Philip Sparks is based on the South Kent Coast and was a PGA member from 1974 until 2018. He has previous experience as a Club Pro/Director of Golf/General Manager and finally a Club owner from 2005 to 2011. His experience includes a Diploma in Golf Course Architecture so all in all he is well versed in the machinations of running a Golf Club.
