PSTN / ISDN Switch Off

The upcoming decommissioning of traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) lines by Openreach in January 2027 is a once in a lifetime technological shift that will impact businesses across the UK - and it’s already started. BT Openreach will phase out all ISDN and PSTN telecommunicationnetworks in 2027, with BT ceasing all existing contracts in 2025.
